UpperPark at Duffins Village

For qualifying purchases, the current Ontario HST rebate may provide up to $80,000 through the Ontario Enhanced New Housing Rebate for eligible new homes valued at up to $1 million, with the $80,000 maximum maintained for homes valued up to $1.5 million and a reduced rebate applying between $1.5 million and $1.85 million.
