West Brooklin

West Brooklin is a new master-planned community coming to Ashburn Rd & Hwy 7 in Brooklin, bringing together natural surroundings, residential living, and a connected community setting. Current Ontario HST Rebate: For eligible new-home purchases in Ontario, the Ontario Enhanced New Housing Rebate can provide up to $80,000 toward the 8% provincial portion of HST for qualifying homes valued up to $1 million, with the $80,000 maximum maintained for homes valued up to $1.5 million. The applicable program generally covers agreements of purchase and sale entered into from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, subject to eligibility requirements. Ontario's New Home Affordability Payment may also provide up to $50,000 toward the federal portion for eligible buyers. Rebate eligibility and amounts depend on the applicable rules and the purchaser's circumstances.
