Stop 19 Stacked Towns

Stop 19 Stacked Towns is a preconstruction condominium townhouse community featuring 84 thoughtfully designed stacked townhomes in Welland, a highly sought-after city. Developed by Builtup Developments Inc., the project offers residences that combine modern design with practical characteristics intended to create comfortable and functional homes.

Current Ontario HST Rebate: Eligible purchasers may qualify for the enhanced Ontario HST rebate of up to $80,000 on the provincial portion of HST for qualifying new homes, with the enhanced maximum maintained for homes valued up to $1.5 million and gradually reduced for higher-value homes below $1.85 million. Eligible purchasers may also qualify for the Ontario New Home Affordability Payment of up to $50,000 toward the federal portion, subject to all applicable requirements. The enhanced measures generally apply to qualifying builder agreements entered into between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027. Individual eligibility and the actual rebate amount are subject to applicable government rules.

The community provides 2- to 3-bedroom homes with 1 to 3 bathrooms and condominium ownership. Residences feature ceilings up to 8'0", offering a range of layouts within the stacked townhouse format. The project is currently selling and is in preconstruction, with estimated completion scheduled for May 2027.

The project takes its name from Stop 19 – Electric Park, reflecting the area's connection to the historic Niagara, St. Catharines and Toronto Railway (NS&T). The NS&T was an electric interurban railway that began service in 1899 and continued until 1959, connecting communities from Port Dalhousie to Port Colborne. Its system included approximately 75 miles of track, along with yards and its own car shop.
