Empire Legacy

Legacy is a residential community in Thorold by Empire Homes, offering freehold townhouses and single-family homes with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 5 bathrooms. The project combines Thorold’s historic character with a growing local economy, with downtown Front Street featuring heritage buildings alongside bookstores, barbershops, and cafes. Eligible purchasers may qualify for the current HST rebate programs applicable to qualifying new homes in Ontario. The Ontario Enhanced New Housing Rebate (ENHR) can provide up to $80,000 toward the provincial portion of HST for qualifying homes, with applicable purchase agreements entered into between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027 and other eligibility conditions, including a home value below $1.85 million.
