Sugarwood – Phase 3

Sugarwood – Phase 3 is a coming-soon community of freehold towns and singles in downtown Lindsay, presented by Kingsmen Group Inc. The community introduces a town-and-country setting designed around the character of Canadian living, with an emphasis on family, neighbourhood connections, outdoor traditions and pride in the place you call home.

Current Ontario HST rebate: Eligible buyers of qualifying new homes purchased from a builder may be eligible for the temporary Ontario Enhanced New Housing Rebate, generally for agreements entered into from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. The rebate provides up to $80,000 toward the provincial portion of HST on homes valued at or below $1 million, with an $80,000 flat rebate available for qualifying homes above $1 million and up to $1.5 million; reduced amounts may apply above $1.5 million, while the Ontario ENHR is unavailable at $1.85 million or above. Eligible purchasers may also qualify for the Ontario New Home Affordability Payment of up to $50,000 toward the federal portion, subject to applicable requirements. Eligibility is not automatic and depends on meeting all CRA and Ontario program conditions.

The Sugarwood community is planned to offer 2- to 4-bedroom homes with 2 to 6 bathrooms, providing a range of layouts within a freehold ownership structure. With registration and construction status identified for the project, Phase 3 continues the community's vision of bringing town and country living to downtown Lindsay while maintaining a strong connection to its local roots.

Home designs feature ceiling heights from 8'0" to 9'0", offering a variety of interior configurations suited to different household needs. The community's concept reflects everyday experiences such as street hockey, fishing trips, sunny BBQs, new neighbours and time spent with old friends, creating a setting centred on family and neighbourhood life.
