VuPoint 2

VuPoint 2, by Tribute Communities, is a new condominium community currently under construction at 1776 Liverpool Road, Pickering, in the Town Centre neighbourhood. The second tower in the VuPoint condominium community, it is scheduled for completion in February 2029 and adds a new residential presence to Pickering’s downtown core.

Eligible purchasers may benefit from the current Ontario HST rebate enhancement. For qualifying new homes purchased from a builder under agreements entered into between April 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027, the Ontario Enhanced New Housing Rebate can provide up to $80,000 on homes valued at or below $1 million, with the $80,000 maximum maintained up to $1.5 million and a reduced rebate applying above $1.5 million to below $1.85 million. Eligibility and the applicable rebate amount are subject to CRA requirements and other conditions.
