Westwood by Richcraft - Townhomes, by Richcraft Homes, is a townhouse community located at 558 Bobolink Ridge in Ottawa’s Stittsville neighbourhood. For eligible purchases of qualifying new homes, the current Ontario HST rebate can provide up to $80,000 through the Ontario Enhanced New Housing Rebate for homes valued at $1 million or less, with the $80,000 maximum maintained for homes valued up to $1.5 million. Generally, the enhanced rebate applies to eligible agreements of purchase and sale with a builder entered into between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027, subject to CRA eligibility requirements and applicable construction conditions. Eligibility is not guaranteed and should be confirmed with the CRA.
