Fields of Harmony

Fields of Harmony, by Greycrest Homes, is a new townhouse and single family home community currently under construction on Harmony Road North in Oshawa. The community is moving forward with the release of Phase 7 in North Oshawa, following the complete sellout of Phase 5 and limited availability in Phase 6.

Eligible purchasers may qualify for the current Ontario HST rebate, subject to applicable CRA requirements. For qualifying builder agreements entered into between April 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027, the enhanced rebate provides up to $80,000 for qualifying homes priced at or below $1 million, with the maximum remaining available for homes up to $1.5 million. The rebate is reduced for homes priced above $1.5 million and below $1.85 million, while homes priced at $1.85 million or more are not eligible for the enhanced rebate.

Phase 7 presents modern detached-style homes featuring open-concept layouts designed for contemporary living. This new release provides another opportunity to join the Fields of Harmony community, following the strong demand and sales activity recorded across previous phases.
