Hygge Towns

Eligible buyers may qualify for Ontario’s enhanced HST rebate for new homes. For qualifying agreements of purchase and sale signed between April 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027, the rebate can provide up to $80,000 on eligible homes valued below $1.85 million. The full rebate applies to homes valued up to $1 million, while the maximum remains $80,000 for homes priced above $1 million and up to $1.5 million; the amount decreases for homes valued above $1.5 million and below $1.85 million. Eligibility requirements and other conditions apply, and the rebate is not guaranteed.
