The Cedars at Brydon Bay

The Cedars at Brydon Bay is a new community of over 100 single-family homes located at Evans Ave. E. & Wellington St. in Gravenhurst, just off the shores of Lake Muskoka and moments north of the town. Built by LIV Communities in partnership with Bosseini Living, the community combines modern home comforts with the natural setting of Muskoka. For eligible purchasers, the current Ontario HST rebate may provide up to $80,000 through the Ontario Enhanced New Housing Rebate, with the full 8% provincial portion of HST available on qualifying new homes valued up to $1 million, an $80,000 maximum maintained for homes valued up to $1.5 million, and a reduced rebate available for qualifying homes above $1.5 million and below $1.85 million. The enhanced rebate generally applies to qualifying builder purchase agreements entered into from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, subject to all eligibility requirements.
