Thomasfield Homes Limited is a family-owned, Guelph-based Ontario homebuilder that has been creating homes and communities across Southern Ontario since 1978. Founded by Thomas Krizsan, the company has grown into a multi-generational family business and has built approximately 7,500 homes across communities including Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Breslau, Burlington, Woodstock, Acton, Ospringe, Burgessville and Grand Valley. The builder currently has communities in Grand Valley, Breslau and Erin, including Mayberry Hill, Hopewell Crossing and Ospringe Highlands. In 2026, Thomasfield was also named a finalist in the Ontario Home Builders’ Association Awards of Distinction for New Home Bathroom for The Kingsbridge at Ospringe, providing a current industry milestone.
