Sunfield Communities traces its roots to Domenic Lecce, who began building homes in 1959, and the company continues as a family-based homebuilding business with Larry Lecce serving as President and Domenic Lecce as Founder and senior advisor. With more than six decades of homebuilding experience, the company reports having built over 5,000 residential properties in the Greater Toronto Area, along with commercial properties in Canada and Italy. Sunfield specializes in low-rise residential communities, including townhomes, semi-detached homes, detached homes, bungalow and bungaloft townhomes, and condominium suites. Its communities have been developed across Woodbridge, Vaughan, Markham, Mississauga, Georgetown, Waterdown, Simcoe, Markdale, Brampton and Oakville. The builder describes its approach as focused on small- to medium-sized subdivisions and niche markets, with an emphasis on individualized design and attention to detail rather than high-volume production. Sunfield states that its homes are designed around the changing needs of families, with hands-on owner involvement and ongoing senior-management oversight. Its current team includes Managing Partners Deepank Saini and Adam Forgione, bringing additional real-estate investment, development and asset-management experience to the organization. The company also maintains dedicated customer-care and warranty personnel, supporting homeowners from purchase and design through construction, pre-delivery inspection, closing and post-occupancy service.
