Sevoy Developments

Sevoy Developments, founded in 2022 by Dov Seidenfeld, is a Toronto-area real estate development company focused on thoughtfully planned, urban and transit-oriented communities.
Seidenfeld serves as CEO and President and brings more than 15 years of experience delivering condominium projects across the Greater Toronto Area.
His background also includes deep family roots in the GTA development industry, with RENX reporting that he previously led Fieldgate Urban and is a grandson of Daniel Rubenstein, associated with H&R.
Sevoy’s portfolio is centred primarily on high-rise and mixed-use multi-residential development, with current projects in Toronto, North York, Etobicoke and Pickering.
The company’s current development portfolio includes 1515 Pickering Parkway, 500 Sheppard Avenue East, 266–288 Royal York Road, 1260–1314 Centre Street and 5051 Yonge Street, representing a substantial multi-residential pipeline.
Its 1515 Pickering Parkway project comprises a planned 40-storey, 571-suite condominium, marking Sevoy’s first major high-rise launch.
Sevoy emphasizes people-focused planning, accessible urban locations, thoughtful design and community-oriented development, with projects intended to respond to the lifestyle needs of individuals and families.
The company describes its development process as deliberate and measured, extending from site selection and approvals through design, construction and completion, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Its current focus includes transit-oriented, community-centric residential development and creating contemporary condominium environments within established and emerging GTA urban areas.
