Ritz Homes is a family-owned custom home builder based in Kitchener, Ontario, with its business established in 2006 and Paul Mouradian identified as its owner and founder. Mouradian brings more than 20 years of home-building experience, with a background rooted in a family of builders and a long-standing focus on thoughtful residential design. The company specializes in custom single-family homes, with current communities and projects across the Waterloo Region, including Waterloo, Kitchener, Baden and Cambridge. Ritz Homes emphasizes thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, durable materials and personalized customization, intentionally limiting the number of homes it builds each year so its team can remain closely involved with homeowners throughout the process. Its portfolio includes custom residences and model homes such as West Haven, Hills Trail, Snyder Home and Homestead Bungalow, reflecting its focus on functional layouts and timeless interiors. The builder also provides a personalized homeowner experience, with guidance through selections and design decisions and a dedicated Buyer Portal for build progress, home selections and warranty information. In 2026, Ritz Homes’ Homestead Bungalow in Baden was named a finalist in the OHBA Awards of Distinction for Production Built Home — One Storey, marking a current industry recognition for its residential design.
