Kylemore Communities, founded in 1997, was launched by Gordon Stollery, Patrick O’Hanlon and Frank Spaziani with a vision centred on architectural design, craftsmanship and thoughtfully planned community amenities. Over nearly three decades of building and development, the company has created communities and residences across the Greater Toronto Area, including Markham, Unionville, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Aurora and Newcastle. Its portfolio has included executive townhomes, detached homes, custom residences and boutique or resort-style condominiums, with Angus Glen representing a major master-planned community in its history. Following Gordon Stollery’s passing, the Stollery family continued the company legacy, with Cailey Stollery serving as CEO and Lindsay Stollery Jephcott as Chief Investment Officer, while Frank Spaziani is identified as President in recent industry coverage. Kylemore describes its approach through wellness, community-building, design and long-term planning, with its current work continuing to emphasize master-planned neighbourhoods and homes designed around residents’ wellbeing. Its documented milestones include the 2013 BILD Places to Grow Community of the Year – Low-Rise Award for Angus Glen, the 2014 Markham Design Excellence Award, and recognition at subsequent BILD, OHBA and CHBA awards. In 2025, Angus Glen South Village by Kylemore was recognized by OHBA with a Model Home / Suite award, while the community was also listed among BILD finalists.
