Delpark Homes traces its roots to 1990, when Mario Di Giovanni, then a carpenter framing homes in the GTA, established the family business with a focus on designing and building homes for families. With more than three decades of experience, Delpark has designed and built thousands of homes across Southern Ontario, including communities in Ajax, Barrie, Bowmanville, Brampton, Markham, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Toronto and Whitby. The company remains family-owned and operated, with a hands-on approach to land development, home design and construction. Its portfolio includes townhomes, detached homes and bungalow/loft residences, with current communities in Port Perry, Sutton and Courtice. Delpark emphasizes thoughtfully planned neighbourhoods with access to schools, shopping, parks, playgrounds and essential services. Its design approach combines traditional Ontario-inspired exteriors with contemporary, light-filled interiors and refined finishes. The builder places particular emphasis on craftsmanship, quality, attention to detail and direct involvement throughout construction. Delpark also maintains a personalized customer-service approach, supporting homeowners from their initial home search through the post-move-in period.
