Brixen Developments Inc. was formed in 2019 by co-founders Alexander D’Orazio and Andrew Iacobelli, bringing together more than 20 years of combined residential development and construction knowledge. The Vaughan-based developer focuses on mid- to high-rise residential communities, with projects across the Greater Toronto Area. Alexander D’Orazio has more than 15 years of development and construction experience and has been involved with more than 6,000 residential units at various stages, while Andrew Iacobelli brings more than a decade of industry experience spanning development, investment and corporate operations. Their responsibilities cover design and development, planning, construction, site acquisition, financing, sales and marketing, and customer care, supporting an integrated approach to project delivery. Brixen identifies quality, community building and a people-first philosophy as core values guiding its projects and construction approach. The company has also maintained a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to design and construction details, including bringing construction management in-house. In 2024, Brixen received BILD’s Home Builder of the Year, Mid/High-Rise award, recognizing its work within the GTA residential development sector. Brixen is currently licensed by the Home Construction Regulatory Authority, with its licence listed as active through September 20, 2027.
