Founded in Burlington in 1971 by Al Stipsits, Branthaven began as a custom homebuilding firm and remains a family-owned company with more than 50 years of homebuilding experience. Today, Steve Stipsits, President and Owner, leads the company, continuing the Stipsits family’s involvement in the business. Over the decades, Branthaven has expanded from custom estate homes into single-family homes, master-planned communities, townhomes, boutique condominiums and luxury rental residences across Southern Ontario and the GTA West. The builder’s approach centres on design-forward architecture, thoughtful community planning and high-quality construction, with a focus on creating functional living spaces and contemporary interiors.
